Licensed since 2004, Diane began her real estate career on-site at Sun City Shadow Hills, a Del Webb active adult community in Indio, California. In 2008, she transitioned to residential sales in Indian Wells before returning to her roots in Ukiah in 2016.

Real estate has been part of Diane’s life from the beginning. She grew up in Mendocino County, where her father built the largest real estate brokerage in the county before selling the business in 1985. That early exposure instilled in Diane a lasting appreciation for the profession and for the importance of having a strong connection to the community you serve.
